With daily guided sessions and creative prompts, you'll learn to see with an artist’s eye and respond intuitively to the vibrant textures, colors, and spirit of each place we visit.

Vietnam in Watercolor: A Journey in Your Sketchbook

Capture the colors, textures, and energy of Vietnam in your own watercolor travel sketchbook. Together we’ll explore simple, approachable techniques for sketching, watercolor and hand-lettered journaling as we document our journey from Hanoi to Hue, Hoi An, and Saigon.

You’ll fill your sketchbook with quick ink sketches in Hanoi’s bustling Old Quarter, watercolor reflections along Hue’s Perfume River, collaged ephemera gathered from Hoi An’s colorful night markets, and hand-lettered observations beneath Saigon’s tropical sky.

More than a collection of sketches, your finished book will become a personal artifact of your travels—capturing not only what you see, but what you feel and remember along the way.
