What You’ll Learn

Days 1 & 2: Dive Into Whimsy with Traci
We kick things off by splashing into the world of whimsical sea life! Learn Traci’s signature stencil techniques and the magic of negative space as you paint playful fish and crustaceans bursting with personality. Think movement, imagination, and a whole lot of creative fun.

Days 3 & 4: Reel in the Layers with Elizabeth
Next, it’s time to crank up the texture. Explore gel plate printing as you create your own vibrant collage papers, then layer those prints right onto your sea creatures. Add expressive mark making and shimmering metallic accents for a richly textured, mixed media finish. It’s a full-on creative fishing trip—no bait required.

Materials & Format

We’ll be working on Traci’s favorite surface—un-stretched canvas—which is perfect for travel and easily rolls up to fit in your luggage. See Supply List
