In this new Tutorial Tidbits video, I’ll show you how to turn wet strength tissue paper into beautiful, transparent collage material with rich texture and color.
Using Soft Gel Gloss and my Lovely Leaves stencil, I create a subtle raised pattern that comes to life when painted over with translucent color.

The result is a delicate, yet durable collage paper that’s perfect for layering—adding depth and dimension to your mixed media work without covering the mystery of what’s underneath.
