Deco Foil and Texture Paste: Another Dimension!
Just When We thought We’d Tried it All…
We’ve used Deco Foil in just about every way imaginable—or so we thought! Then came a brilliant new discovery: adding texture with stencil and paste. By pressing texture paste through my Fans stencil, we created a beautifully raised surface. Once dry, we applied foil adhesive—and the results? Stunning.
The real magic happens when you lay down a thoughtfully chosen paint color beneath the texture. The color, shimmer, and dimension come together in one rich, eye-catching effect. I’ve been using this technique in sections of my Funky Florals mixed media pieces, and I’m completely hooked.
