Posca on the Gel Plate with Watery Effect
Exploring Doodles on the Gel Plate
This week in the studio, I’ve been experimenting again—with my favorite Posca Paint Pens. I used one of my 9x12 Gustav Klimt Scribbles & Doodles stencils as a guide, then misted the plate with water and pulled a print.
The results? Unpredictable, layered, and wonderfully full of character.
It’s always exciting to see how the ink reacts on the plate—each print is completely one-of-a-kind. If you’re curious about the process, I’ve shared a video of it in action. Come take a look and see what happens when doodles meet the gel plate!
